Short bio:

Pamela McBride is an Atlanta-based senior advisor to a director of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion in a federal agency and a 31-year military spouse. With hundreds of articles published on career management, leadership, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging, veteran employment, military life, and more, she is expanding her writing focus to tell her own stories and advocate for others through personal essays. She is the co-author of two books: The Mocha Manual to Military Life: A Savvy Guide for Wives, Girlfriends, and Female Service Members and Work It, Girl: The Black Woman’s Guide to Professional Success.
